I beg to move, in page 27, line 20, after "Exchequer", to insert: any receipts of the Minister under this Act and". The Amendment is consequential upon the Amendment about the testing of vehicles, giving the Minister power to designate parking places, which we have just been discussing. It is necessary to provide that the moneys shall be paid into the Exchequer, since they are not at present covered by Clause 36 (2).
