When will the Government make a much bolder approach to the whole question of the redistribution of industry in Scotland?
§ Mr. StuartThat raises a wide question. As for the first part of the supplementary question, I can only say that we are dealing with this matter, and I do not think it would be helpful if I commented on it at this stage.
