§ Mr. BirchUnder our present plans selected pilots from Royal Auxiliary Air Force squadrons are to be given training on swept-wing aircraft in Regular squadrons. Because of the re-equipment of the Regular squadrons we have only recently made a start with the attachment of Auxiliary pilots. We have not gained sufficient experience to indicate comparative costs
