asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, at the Nigerian Constitutional Conference to be held in London this autumn, he will invite the Regional Governments to consider the need for unification of commercial legislation in Nigeria.

Much commercial legislation is already generally applicable throughout Nigeria, but if my hon. Friend will specify the legislation he has in mind, I will certainly consider his request.
