§ Mr. SandysI believe that local authorities, who are considering the introduction of differential rent schemes, would welcome some guidance on this subject. I have, therefore, decided to issue a circular giving particulars of 189 schemes already in operation, together with certain general information based on the experience of local authorities.
The circular will be issued in about a fortnight, and will be published.
