§ Mr. HyndIs the hon. Gentleman aware that month after month this question has been asked and that we have always been given the same answer? Is it not possible to hurry up a decision?
§ Mr. NichollsThe hon. Gentleman will understand that this is a varied problem and that many interests have to be consulted. I am to meet the last of them this week, and we shall be able to make a statement after Easter.
