Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he is now in a position to state the number of persons from each of the Colonial Territories who are undergoing educational or other 461 courses of training in the Union of Soviet Republics or other countries of the Soviet bloc or China; and how many have undergone such courses since the end of the war.
