§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI have received representations from both factions of the Peoples Progressive Party expressing dissatisfaction and proposing discussions.
§ Mr. AllaunWill the Secretary of State accept the fact that all the political parties with mass backing in British Guiana have completely rejected his proposals? Will he reconsider them to permit real democracy to operate?
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAs I have said before, the Governor is ready to discuss these proposals with political leaders, but I do not propose to receive a deputation upon them.
