§ Mr. RankinIn that reply, the Secretary of State has committed himself to a measure of internal self-government for Aden. Can he tell me what that means? Will it mean the creation of Ministerial posts in which the local people can take part in government? Will it mean an increase in the number of elected members of the Legislative Council, and will it mean the appointment of a trade union adviser to assist these people in the ways of a democracy?
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydIt means what I said in reply to an earlier Question today, that I am awaiting certain recommendations.
