Gentleman aware that many people who are deeply affected by this problem are very grateful for the excellent work being carried out by the Water Pollution Research Laboratory at Stevenage, under Dr. Southgate, and also by the Pippard Committee, and that they are hoping that when researches have shown what is really wrong, the job of putting it right will not be delayed?
