§ Mr. CollinsAssuming that there are good reasons for non-publication, will the right hon. and learned Gentleman follow up the wise decision recently made with regard to trade with China by making it possible for British manufacturers to export those goods now on the strategic list and which are included in the recent Franco-Soviet trade agreement?
§ Mr. LloydThe question of the Franco-Soviet trade agreement is another matter. I do not know of any difficulties, but if any firm is in difficulty it should communicate with the Board of Trade, and I think it will get the necessary information.
