§ 22. Mr. Swinglerasked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been drawn to the action of a film production company in transferring to Germany for processing the negative of a film called, "Escape in the Sun," during the course of a trade dispute with the Association of Cinematograph Technicians; and if he will give an assurance that he will refuse import licences to film processed abroad on account of trade disputes.
