Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make new provision in respect of copyright and related matters, in substitution for the provisions of the Copyright Act, 1911, and other enactments relating thereto, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a)the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the remuneration and allowances of members, officers and servants of the Performing Right Tribunal to be established under the said Act of the present Session, and of such other expenses of that tribunal as may be determined under the said Act to be so payable;
  2. (b)the payment into the Exchequer, in the like manner as money collected on account of customs, of fees paid in pursuance of regulations made under the said Act by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise.—[Mr. H. Brooke.]
