asked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he is yet in a position to make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's policy with regard to the recommendations of the Herbert Committee.

Mr. Holt

When does the right hon. Gentleman expect to be able to make such a statement? This Report was presented in January, and the following month he said that he was asking for comments from the industry on the recommendations of the Report.
