asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what discussions took place at the recent meetings of Commonwealth Prime Ministers in London on the subject of the establishment of a common market in Western Europe; and whether he will make a statement;

(2) what discussions took place and when decisions were reached at the recent meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation in Paris on the subject of the establishment of a common market in Western Europe; and whether he will make a statement.
