Lords Amendment

In page 3, line 2, leave out "(Liabilities and Rights)".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

These words "Liabilities and Rights" are really superfluous and redundant; the Lords Amendment merely has the effect of clarifying and shortening the Title of the Bill.
