I beg to move, in page 60, line 45, at the end, to insert:

15 & 16 Geo. 6, and 1 Eliz. 2, c. 44. The Customs and Excise Act, 1952. In section one hundred and forty-nine, in subsection (6), paragraphs (c) and (d) and the proviso.
This Amendment is consequential on what I hope I may be permitted to describe as one of the "Lipton Amendments."
