§ Mr. BrockwayIs the right hon. and learned Gentleman aware that on 6th June he replied that this matter was being considered? Cannot it be hastened? Would it not be to the benefit of Hong Kong and China and for peace in Asia if this matter were settled?
§ Mr. LloydWhat has to be thought about very carefully is whether it would improve our relations with the Chinese People's Republic or otherwise.
