Mr. BirthThe review is not yet complete. Meanwhile, as the hon. Member knows, we have increased the visibility and cloud clearance governing visual 1312 flight rules and have prohibited any manoeuvre within the airways which would seriously restrict the pilot's view.
§ Mr. RankinWhen the review is completed, will the Minister ensure that all aircraft using controlled air spaces will in future fly only under air traffic control clearances so that, whatever the flying conditions may be, there will be no chance of two aircraft seeking to occupy the same spot at the same time?
