6. Mr. Hay

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether, in view of printing difficulties, he will prescribe the statement to be served on a tenant under Section 12 of the Rating and Valuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1955, as soon as possible.

Mr. Powell

Regulations were made on 24th February and will be laid before Parliament and published within the next few days.
