§ 36. Lieut.-Colonel Bromley-Davenportasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what individual grants were made in 1954 and 1955, respectively, by the Racecourse Betting Control Board to horse and pony breeding societies in this country under the obligation imposed upon them by Section 3 of the Racecourse Betting Act, 1928, to make moneys available out of the totalisator fund for purposes conducive to the improvement of breeds of horses.
