Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to consolidate with amendments certain enactments relating to police forces in Scotland and to the execution of warrants in the border counties of England and Scotland, it is expedient—
A. to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—
and
B. to authorise the payment into the Exchequer of any sums received by the Secretary of State from police authorities or joint police committees in Scotland, or deducted by him from moneys otherwise payable by him to any such authority or committee, by virtue of any provision of the said Act of the present Session.—[Mr. J.
