Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for securing the safety, health and welfare of persons employed in agriculture and certain other occupations and the avoidance of accidents to children arising out of the use, in connection with agriculture, of vehicles, machinery or implements; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food or the Secretary of State in carrying out the said Act.—[Mr. Amory.]
