43. Mr. Nabarro

asked the Minister of Fuel and Power what action he proposes to take to implement those recommendations of the Fleck Committee which are the responsibility of his Department.

44. Mr. A. Roberts

asked the Minister of Fuel and Power what representations he has received from the National Coal Board that the Government should now implement those parts of the Fleck Report which are within the responsibility of his Department.

I have had no representations. The reconstitution of the National Coal Board on the lines recommended by the Fleck Committee has now been completed.
