§ Mr. WatkinsonWhile I am sure that highway authorities and contractors will take as much advantage as they can of the lessening of traffic to speed up work on road improvements, the effects of restrictions on fuel supplies will be felt by them as well as by the road materials industry, in common with other industrial consumers.
§ Mr. DoddsI thank the Minister for that Answer, but is it not now obvious that the present roads will be more than adequate for the available motor traffic, if this Government stay in power much longer?
