Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session providing for the transfer to and vesting in the Admiralty of the railway authorised by the Cleobury Mortimer and Ditton Priors Light Railway Order, 1901, and all lands buildings works and conveniences and all rails signals and other apparatus belonging to or held or used by the British Transport Commission in connection therewith it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys provided by Parliament, of forty thousand pounds to the British Transport Commission in consideration of such transfer and vesting and of all outgoings payable in respect of the railway after the vesting.—[The Chairman of Ways and Means.]
