As one who is often critical of colonial administration, may I on this occasion ask the right hon. Gentleman 190 whether he agrees that the outlook now is somewhat more hopeful in Uganda, and, furthermore, that recent events have shown that the settlement of differences with restraint and mutual understanding is not unattainable in a British Colony?
