In view of the confusion throughout the business world, owing to the fact that there is no Finance Bill on the Order Paper, would it be in order for me to ask you whether you would kindly permit the Treasury Bench to answer Question No. 20, although it has not been called, to give the Treasury an opportunity to make a statement as to whether any Purchase Tax is payable today?
