May I ask the Leader of the House whether he has any statement to make on business?

The Validation of Elections (No. 3) Bill is being presented to the House today to carry out the recommendations of the Select Committee relating to the election in the Perry Barr Division of Birmingham.

The Bill will be available in the Vote Office early this afternoon and I hope that it will be agreeable to the House to take all stages of it tomorrow after the business already announced. The suspension of the Rule will be proposed for the purpose.
