§ Sir H. RoperWould any right hon. Friend bear in mind the very urgent need there is to do something to relieve this congestion? Is he aware that a scheme has been submitted to him which will effect a great improvement at a modest cost?
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI know that, as my hon. and gallant Friend says, there is a good deal of congestion here during the holiday season, but I must look at this scheme in competition with a good many others.
