§ 12. Mr. P. Williams
asked the Postmaster-General the cost to his Department of one black telephone instrument, one green telephone instrument, one ivory telephone instrument and one red telephone instrument.

The price of a typical instrument is about £6 in black and about £1 more in the other colours.
