§ Mr. HopkinsonYes, Sir. Transmission times will allow for direct listening wherever it is feasible and for recording or re-broadcasting by local broadcasting stations.
§ Mr. BottomleyWill the right hon. Gentleman pay special attention to broadcasts which can be heard by dockyard workers from this country who are em- 1512 ployed at overseas establishments, such as at Malta?
§ Mr. HopkinsonYes, Sir, but we have to remember that other British citizens serving in the Colonies, unlike the Forces, have, unfortunately, not got votes.
