asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he has now received from the National Farmers' Union proposals for a producers' egg marketing scheme incorporating the method of providing price guarantees already agreed.

No formal proposals have yet been received.

Mr. Hurd

Can my right hon. Friend give us an assurance that, just as soon as the National Farmers' Union has made up its mind to go forward with this proposal for a producers' egg marketing scheme, he has ready in his Ministry all the facilities necessary to carry it forward without any delay?
