§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydI know that the coal merchants in Slough and district are making every effort to deliver coal and coke as quickly as possible, and in any case of serious delay the local fuel overseer will take speedy action.
§ Mr. BrockwayIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that I drew attention to this shortage before the end of last year, that there are cases in Slough now where the supply of anthracite ordered at the end of December has not yet been delivered, that it is expected there will still be a month's delay, that instead of buying coal people are buying logs, and that 81 chimneys have been on fire since the beginning of the year? In view of all these facts, will the Minister do something about it?
