I am sure he appreciates the need for vigilance and the fact that the effects of these substances cannot be detected immediately. Was it not as long ago as 1949 that it was suggested that there might be a case for regulations?
§ Mr. WatkinsonI said in the previous answer that we were considering whether to make special regulations. That consideration is now well advanced.
