asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies in what British Dependencies, excluding India and Pakistan before they became independent, Britain has, since the end of the war, expended sums of money on military operations to suppress disorders; the territories concerned; and how much money has been spent or pledged up to date on each in respect to these emergencies.
