§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeAs I announced on 21st October, in reply to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Derbyshire, West (Mr. E. Wakefield),the period of Summer Time in 1955 will be from 17th April to 2nd October.

§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeI cannot recollect any at the moment other than representations in this House. I think the House would agree that it is far better to stick to one date each year, particularly in view of time-tables. Changing the date from year to year makes difficulties.
