§ Mr. FernyhoughWhile I am thankful that the Government are prepared to give this help to people in other parts of the Commonwealth who need it so badly, may I ask if the Prime Minister can say why, when floods occurred about 12 months ago in India, Her Majesty's Government refused to give any assistance?
