Ordered,
That if the Austrian State Treaty Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, further Proceeding on the Bill shall stand postponed; that any Resolution come to by the Committee on Austrian State Treaty [Money] may be reported and considered forthwith notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 84 (Money Committees); and that as soon as the Proceedings on the Report have been concluded this House will immediately resolve itself into a Committee on the Bill.—[Mr. Crookshank.]
