Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for carrying into effect the Treaty for the re-establishment of an independent and democratic Austria, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys pro-

vided by Parliament of the expenses of any Minister incurred in carrying out the said Treaty.—[Mr. Turton.]
