§ The Lord Privy Seal (Mr. Harry Crookshank)I beg to move,
That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, thanking Her Majesty for Her Most Gracious Message.This Motion is in accordance with precedent, and it refers to the Message which the Home Secretary brought to the House from Her Majesty yesterday declaring the end of the state of emergency.
