§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterBritish Overseas Airways Corporation has already marked break-in points on its aircraft. I am discussing with other British operators standardisation of these markings. I have also instructed my officers to seek to raise this matter before the International Civil Aviation Organisation at the next convenient opportunity.
