asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will give an assurance that the recently enacted Clause 30A of the Northern Rhodesian Police Ordinance, which makes it an offence to loiter in a public place, will not be used to prevent peaceful picketting during an industrial dispute or boycott of business premises or shops which practise the colour bar.
