§ 13. That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £25,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1956, for the salaries and ex- 88 penses of the National Gallery, Scotland, and the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, including certain grants in aid.
