asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will issue a White Paper concerning all aspects of the proposed six-Power Conference on a European organisation for atomic power and transport.

This has already been done. Command Paper 9525 was published on 5th July.

Mr. Peart

Will the Minister see to it that all hon. Members will be fully acquainted of any further facts, and that no decision will be taken by the Government which commits us to any integration, or may approve of it, until this House has fully discussed it?

Lord John Hope

I have answered the Question on the Order Paper. I think that I had much better leave it at that. The hon. Gentleman can rest assured that nothing at all rash will be done.

Can the hon. Gentleman say whether the White Paper includes the remarkable report, prepared by M. Armand of the French railways, on Europe's fuel resources, and if not, will he lay it as a White Paper?
