§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftFigures for June are not yet available, but imports in the first five months of this year amounted to 39,000 cwt. valued at £848,000 c.i.f. Negotiations with the Soviet authorities about the level of the quota for the next twelve months are at present in progress.
