Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend and consolidate certain enactments in Scotland relating to food and drugs, and for purposes connected therewith, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by any Minister of the Crown or Government Department in consequence of the provisions of the said Act of the present Session.—[Mr. Nixon Browne.]
