Mr. Osborneasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when he anticipates starting building the proposed trunk road diversion north of Louth; and, in view of the heavy traffic carried on this road from Grimsby and its many dangerous bends, if he will give the alterations urgent priority.
