§ Mr. DoddsCould not the Minister say when the Report is likely to be received? Is there not some way in which this tunnel can be used in the meantime?
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI understand that the Committee is to study the matter at its meeting fixed for the 15th of this month. Of course, I do not know what its conclusion will be.
