Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision as to the salary and expenses of the Governor of Northern Ireland, it is expedient to authorise the payment to the said Governor out of the Consolidated Fund of—

  1. (a) a salary at the rate of four thousand pounds per annum; and
  2. (b) an allowance in respect of expenses of an amount not exceeding ten thousand pounds per annum.
